Arkeo Villas is operated by Arkeo Management, based in the Algarve, Portugal. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: management@arkeorealty.com.

When you make a booking enquiry or reservation, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Travel dates and number of guests
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Messages you send us

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) to improve our service.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Process and manage your booking
• Communicate with you about your reservation
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting)
• Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

• Contract performance — to fulfil a booking you have made
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and improve our service
• Legal obligation — to comply with Portuguese and EU law

5. Data retention

We retain booking-related data for 7 years to meet Portuguese fiscal requirements. Enquiry data not resulting in a booking is deleted within 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email management@arkeorealty.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

This site uses only essential cookies required for the booking flow. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
